We accept returns on most items purchased through our website within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care items (such as diapers, wipes, etc.).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Final sale or clearance items, which are not eligible for returns or refunds.

3. How to Return an Item

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
